Board and Staff
The Board of Sports & Arts in Schools Foundation (SASF) exercises active oversight of program management, reviews senior executive compensation annually, contracts independent firms to conduct annual financial audits, and analyzes in detail with senior management financial revenue and expense statements (budgeted vs. actual).  On a quarterly basis, the Board and its Finance Committee review 6-month cash flow reports and executive summaries of program operations and outcomes.
 
SASF's senior staff are highly dedicated and highly trained professionals with decades of experience in the not-for-profit and youth services arenas.
